A few things to know before submitting your inquiry:

Custom candle projects are created specifically for each client and may include vessel sourcing, fragrance development, custom labels, packaging, and other personalized elements. Please allow up to 8 weeks for custom projects.

A non-refundable project retainer is required before custom samples, extensive sourcing, or production begins. Initial consultations and preliminary recommendations may be provided prior to booking.

Because each project is custom, completed custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Specialty services such as laser engraving, etching, or other third-party vessel modifications are not currently provided by Hue Darling Candle Co. and must be coordinated directly by the client unless specifically included in your project quote.

Final pricing is determined by quantity, vessel selection, fragrance, labeling, packaging, and other customization requested.
