At Lonez Scents, our goal is for all of our customers to be completely satisfied with the product they have purchased. Due to the hand made and made to order nature of our business, we are unable to offer returns at this time.
Lonez Scents thoroughly inspects each candle and package for quality before being sent for delivery. In the event that you receive a damaged product, you must contact us with photos of the damaged product within 48 hours from the day you received it and we will replace the product.
Exchanges are not expected unless the wrong item is sent. Please contact us within 48 hours from the day you received your candle in order to process the exchange.
